What do you get out of the program? Throughout the season we dive deep into skills that will truly transform you as a performer. Our goal is to see growth and improvement in each performer in technique, execution, and confidence. We give individual feedback to ensure proper habits are being formed. We learn and utilize one routine, that will be performed at the next show. Not ready to perform? Performance is optional, inquire to hear our options! Throughout the weeks we will utilize the routine to train technique and execution of the moves to make you a stronger dancer across the board. We also focus on drills to combat performance nerves and build strength in your stage presence. In the programs we strive to go past learning the routine and load you with various skills that will carry you beyond the show.
What if I am already a professional performer? Already a solo performer? Perfect! With experience comes different needs and training focuses that will allow your continuation of growth. Instead of just retaining group choreography, I am able to increase difficulty with solo sections and or dive deeper into personal feedback to push your execution and technique to the max. As an advance dancer myself, I aim to deliver a push at any level through unique customization of routines. Training with Espresso also unlocks the opportunity to apply to be a solo performer at the show! Soloists are paid industry standard, receive split tips and other monetary benefits. We always hire internally and maintain a strong roaster of performers that are continuously training to be the best performers they can be. In addition, applying as a soloist comes with complimentary one-on-one mentorship in the act building/polishing process. From a seedling of an idea, to an existing act, I work closely with you to create strong performances that will continually captivate the audiences.
